SURFACE TREATMENT

  • All welding seams pickled and passivated

DESIGN

Top head:

  • Screw cover DN 400 with silicone lid or DN 400 bayonet system 6 pins

Within the cover:

  • 1 x CO² valve DN 12 (type Kombi)
  • 1 x CO² valve (DN 6.5) with dust cap
  • 1 x pressure relief valve +1.5 bar
  • 1 x nozzle DN 50 / DIN 11851 with silicone gasket, s.s. blind cap and wire

Bottom:

  • Deep drawn 30° cone
  • Outlet DN 50 with K+H butterfly valve DN 50 type: G-S with silicone sealing sleeve, silicone sealing ring and blind nut (plastic HDPE) with wire rope

MARKING

  • Lettering etched on the outlet side: "Vent during discharge"
  • Lettering etched on the outlet and back side: "Foodstuff only
  • THIELMANN logo sticker
  • CE name plate
